I spotted U folks by accident at www.SpicyPage.com + i would also give Props to
www.MyBlogLog.com + www.BlogCatalog.com as excellent Blog Communities to get 
Exposure + Traffic for yer Site or Blog*

As U pointed out - it takes Work - but the Bloggers there are good folks who take the time to 
check yer stuff out!!

Interestingly there was an Art Collective in Toronto called 3rd Rail!!  Very very c0ol*

I'm surprised in things U like U didn't list Ruby on Rails??
